Editorial and data maintenance website: You are responsible for the completeness of the website and take on the editing as well as the maintenance of the data and content in three languages (exhibitions, calendar, subpages, opening hours, etc.).

Social media support: You assist in the conception and implementation of content for social media platforms. You are responsible for scheduling the content and managing community engagement. You maintain products from the shop as well as events on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Administrative tasks: You support the Head of Digital Communication administratively in digital subprojects, campaign conception, analytics, as well as organisational activities and influencer marketing.

Scientific research: In this position, you research as needed for formats of digital mediation, outreach and participation that reduce access barriers, as well as for the digital representation of exhibitions, the collection and positions regarding diversity, canon and thematic clusters. Together with the management and other departments (e.g. Education & Mediation or the curators), you develop contemporary narratives and conceive ideas for the mediation of the online collection, while simultaneously evaluating effective measures for storytelling on social media platforms to convey content appealingly and effectively.

Experience: You have initial professional experience in handling social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), content creation and management, as well as working with websites and various CMS, and possess good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools.

Personality: You have an affinity for art, digital storytelling and digital trends and are a proactive, independent and creative personality who works reliably, conscientiously and enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork.

Education: You are in the final stages or have already completed a degree (Bachelor) or a comparable qualification in the fields of Digital Communication and Content Marketing.

Language: You have very good German skills as well as good English skills and basic knowledge of French (spoken and written).
