Pension Specialist Your tasks The assessment and processing of demanding benefit cases - Examination of complex claims, creation of decrees and ensuring the timely payment of AHV/IV pensions as well as daily allowances You coordinate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders such as social services, custodians or trustees You manage your cases independently, set priorities and maintain an overview even with a high workload You record new facts, penetrate complex contexts and combine legal foundations, mathematical logic and concrete life situations into sustainable solutions You actively contribute to the further development of the department by supporting new legal requirements and helping to shape process optimizations What you bring with you Your everyday work requires a high degree of personal responsibility and mental agility Completed commercial or equivalent training - ideally already experience in the field of social insurance Complexity does not deter you, but rather spurs you on You combine analytical strength with clear judgment and bring the perseverance to consistently think demanding questions through to the end Strong intrinsic motivation and resilience are crucial to being sustainably successful in this environment You work in a structured manner, think ahead and remain focused and capable of acting even in intensive phases You have a lot to offer, so do we Exciting tasks instead of "Please just forward" Further training?
