System Administrator / System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks ### • You continuously operate, monitor, and further develop our Windows server and client infrastructure. • You administer and optimize our hybrid Microsoft-365 environment including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and other cloud services. • You share responsibility for the operation of our virtualization platform (VMware, Proxmox) as well as our storage and backup solutions. • You plan and realize IT projects - from conception to successful implementation. • You interact with partner companies and their support organizations for maintenance, troubleshooting, and in projects. • You analyze malfunctions, resolve complex incidents, and support the Service Desk as second- and third-level support. • You ensure compliance with our IT security standards and support security, compliance, and data protection topics. • You document systems, processes, and technical concepts in a comprehensible and up-to-date manner. • You evaluate new technologies and contribute innovative ideas that sustainably develop our IT. What you bring with you ### • Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ, HF/FH or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in the field of System Engineering or System Administration. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune). • Experience with virtualization, backup and storage solutions as well as network technologies. • Ideally knowledge in cloud technologies (Azure, Samsung Knox, Atlassian products) • Analytical thinking, an independent way of working, and enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions. • Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments. • Very good German language skills in spoken and written. • Readiness for occasional assignments outside regular working hours (on-call service).
