We offer you varied missions, whether in CMS (home care), in EMS (medico-social establishments), in hospitals or in homes for people with disabilities (motor and/or mental).

Job description

Your missions:

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (washing, dressing, meals, mobility).
• Ensure the hygiene, comfort and safety of the persons accompanied.
• Participate in the monitoring of the health status of residents (taking vitals, observation of behavior, alerts in case of change).
• Provide moral and relational support, by promoting listening and communication.
• Accompany residents during social, educational or leisure activities.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, specialized educators, psychologists, etc.).
• Respect medical protocols and hygiene and safety rules.
• Contribute to the maintenance of autonomy and the fulfillment of residents.
• Participate in staff meetings and the follow-up of personalized projects.
• Ensure clear and precise transmission of information to subsequent teams.

Profile sought

We are looking for a committed professional, capable of accompanying people with disabilities presenting behavioral disorders or complex needs.

You know how to demonstrate empathy while maintaining a firm and reassuring posture.

You are comfortable in a structured institutional setting and know how to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Expected skills and qualities:

• Completed training as ASSC or ASE (or recognized equivalent in Switzerland).
• Desired experience in the field of disability, psychiatry or complex behavior profiles.
• Good ability to manage stress and crisis situations.
• Sense of observation, analytical mind and rigor in transmissions.
• Ability to establish a relationship of trust while maintaining a framework.
• Mastery of basic care gestures and respect for protocols.
• Team spirit, active listening and respect for institutional values.
• Good level of spoken and written French (minimum B2 level advised).
• Availability for work in irregular hours (weekends, nights, shifts).
