ICT Identity and Access Management Engineer 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can accomplish:

• Operation and continuous development of the Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory platform
• Design and implementation of modern identity and access management solutions
• Development of Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, SSO, and RBAC
• Ensuring a secure hybrid identity architecture between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Implementation of Zero Trust principles and modern security standards
• Automation of identity and authorization processes
• Operation and development of Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and access governance
• Integration of new applications into the existing identity landscape
• Advising stakeholders, security teams, and specialized departments on IAM and security topics
• Participation in cloud, security, and digitalization projects

What you bring:

• FH/HF computer science training or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation, and RBAC
• Good knowledge of hybrid identity and Microsoft Entra Connect
• Experience with PowerShell and automation
• Understanding of Zero Trust, the principle of least privilege, and modern security concepts
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit requirements
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, minimum level B2
