Your job ##

• Operative and strategic procurement of various components and services for our maintenance of track construction machines and locomotives, as well as refit
• Handling of the entire procurement process from inquiry to invoice release Monitoring of stock levels, delivery times and delivery dates as well as key figures Negotiation of contracts with suppliers
• Maintenance of master data, articles and inventory using ERP system (ABACUS)
• Close cooperation with our maintenance, warehouse logistics, production, as well as development/technology

Your profile ##

• Possess a completed technical training with further education in business administration, supply chain or a comparable field
• Bring several years of experience in technical purchasing, including negotiation and international supplier management and ideally customs, import knowledge
• Team-oriented personality with an independent, structured and exact way of working
• IT-savvy with sound ERP, as well as MS-Office user knowledge
• Communicate proficiently in German and English, other languages (e.g. French, Italian) are an advantage
