Head of Production Planning At Lüchinger \+ AG, you will take on a central role in the supply planning of the Ei business unit and actively help shape processes, cooperation, and planning security. What you move You lead and further develop the Production Planning team professionally and personally. You continuously further develop the planning processes and contribute to the further development of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization. You are responsible for supply planning in the Ei business unit with a horizon of currently up to \+18 months within the framework of Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You control SAP IBP Supply and other planning tools and continuously further develop the planning processes. You identify risks, evaluate scenarios, and initiate targeted measures to ensure product availability. You optimize inventory levels, ranges, and planning quality, thereby contributing to efficiency and economic viability. You work closely with internal stakeholders, lead relevant S\&OP\-/S\&OE\- meetings, and help shape future-oriented production strategies. What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Specialization: You have a completed degree or higher vocational training as well as several years of experience in production and supply planning. Professional experience: You bring sound practical experience in production, material, or supply planning, ideally in an FMCG environment. You have already led employees and know how to promote and further develop teams. You are very familiar with SAP, SAP IBP Supply, and MS Office. You have a good understanding of short-, medium-, and long-term planning processes as well as S\&OP\- and S\&OE\- methods. You convince with analytical and networked thinking, high resilience, as well as strong skills in stakeholder and change management. You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills.
