The company offers an interesting framework for a professional at the beginning of their career wishing to develop their skills and progressively gain responsibilities. This opportunity is specifically aimed at a person who has recently completed higher education in finance or accounting and wishes to put their knowledge into practice. It is currently looking for a Financial Accountant to join its team and intervene on a varied accounting scope within its Swiss entity.
Your tasks at your new employer
You intervene in the entire accounting cycle of the Swiss entity and develop a complete vision of accounting through the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
You actively participate in monthly closings and the preparation of Group reporting, while progressively developing your skills in the analysis of variances between results, budgets, and forecasts
You perform account reconciliations and contribute to various financial controls in order to guarantee data quality and compliance with internal, external, and SOX requirements
You take part in daily treasury management, monitor liquidity, and participate in the preparation of cash-flow analyses and forecasts alongside various financial interlocutors
You develop your expertise in VAT by participating in reconciliations, the preparation of quarterly returns, as well as various tax tasks intended for the Group
You collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and the various financial teams and participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the evolution of accounting tools
You offer to your new employer
You have a completed or recently completed higher education in finance or accounting, such as a Federal Diploma, a Bachelor, a Master, or a deemed equivalent training
You benefit from a first experience in accounting or finance and wish today to join a full-scope role that allows you to consolidate your knowledge and progressively broaden your expertise
You have a very good command of French and English, both spoken and written, and your knowledge of German represents an additional asset in this international environment
You are comfortable with financial tools and ERPs such as D365 Finance & Operations as well as Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint, and appreciate digitized environments
You are curious, rigorous, and organized, appreciate teamwork, and know how to communicate easily with different interlocutors while having a desire to learn and gain autonomy
