Caretaker (m/f) - Technical Maintenance / Facility Management

You can expect varied assignments in the technical and infrastructural maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

To support the team, we are looking for a reliable personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Care and maintenance of residential and commercial properties
• Performance of inspection, maintenance, and upkeep work
• Execution of minor repairs and maintenance work
• Care of outdoor areas and green spaces
• Monitoring of technical systems
• Coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations

What you bring with you:

• Professional experience as a caretaker or in technical building maintenance is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Physically resilient as well as flexible and ready for action
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
• Good German skills
