Agogic residential professional with nursing flair 60-90 (m/f/d)

Our client is an established social institution in the Zürich region, dedicated to the professional care and support of people with disabilities. To strengthen the residential area, we are looking for an engaged personality as an Agogic employee with nursing flair (60-90%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Accompanying people with disabilities in everyday residential life
• Linking nursing and pedagogical support approaches within the team
• Promoting the independence and individual abilities of the clientele
• Co-shaping competence-oriented participation in the living space
• Active participation in continuous team development
• Application of specialist knowledge for development-oriented support
• Building appreciative relationships through daily care contacts
