Head Nurse - Care Manager

ready to take on a new challenge within a dynamic, human, and quality-of-care centered environment.

Your mission

• Ensure the organization, coordination, and supervision of care.
• Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the nursing teams.
• Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of services.
• Participate in human resources management, scheduling, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and promote best practices.
• Collaborate closely with management, doctors, families, and network partners.

Your profile

• HES Nurse diploma or a title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Confirmed experience in EMS, geriatrics, or psychogeriatrics.
• Successful experience in a supervisory or care coordination role.
• Training in management or leadership, an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Proficiency with IT tools and care software.
