Requirement Profile

• Passion for timber construction – You bring joy to craftsmanship and love creating something lasting and beautiful from wood
• Professional foundation – Completed training in timber construction (Zimmermann/Zimmerin EFZ or comparable) or several years of experience in the field
• Team spirit & initiative – You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, are communicative, and do not shy away from taking responsibility
• Flexibility & motivation – You are open to new challenges, learn quickly, and actively contribute your ideas to the team
