Our client realizes complex residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects as well as area and neighborhood developments with investment volumes of several tens to several hundred million francs in Central Switzerland. On their behalf, we are looking for a female or male construction manager.
Do you want to not only accompany construction sites but actively manage them? Do you enjoy taking responsibility and maintaining an overview even with complex projects? Then this position offers you the opportunity to successfully lead visible structures from execution to handover.

You assume responsibility for individual trades or sub-projects from execution to commissioning and ensure a smooth workflow on the construction site.
In this function, you carry out construction projects independently through the execution phase and take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs.

• Technical and organizational management of the assigned trades
• Creation, management, and monitoring of schedule programs
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Tendering, awarding, and supervision of contractor services
• Management and coordination of subcontractors on the construction site
• Cooperation with specialist planners, companies, and internal specialists
• Negotiations with suppliers and business partners
• Accompanying and concluding the planning and execution phase
• Continuous optimization of construction workflows and processes

We expect:

• Completed basic training in construction with corresponding further training
• Training as a Construction Manager, Technician HF, FH studies or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Initial experience in construction management desired
• Independent and structured way of working
• Organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Communication strength and confident appearance
• Assertiveness as well as negotiation skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
