At our location in Steinhausen, we are looking for a communicative and service-oriented personality as a Dispatch Clerk (f/m/div.) to strengthen our dispatch team. Job Description ## • You are the central contact person for our customers, advising them on our service offerings and coordinating appointments for our customer service technicians. • You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a lively daily routine with a lot of customer contact. • You ensure the correct and up-to-date maintenance of our plant master data in SAP and maintain an overview even in hectic moments. • You enjoy rediscovering the diverse tasks in customer service every day and bring enthusiasm for service-oriented work. Qualifications ## • Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification • Experience: Industry knowledge is an advantage - however, your positive attitude and willingness to learn new things are more important to us. • Personality: enthusiastic, communicative, and independent personality with good manners • Working style: structured, reliable, flexible, and independent • Language skills: German as a native language, Italian is an advantage Additional Information ## A varied daily routine with a lot of customer contact awaits you, where no two days are the same.
