Healthcare Specialist (FaGe)

As the public SPITEX organization of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen and Heiligenschwendi, we care for and accompany people at home - with heart and professional competence. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) immediately or by arrangement, workload freely selectable. Your activities: You take over basic and treatment care for our clients at home. In doing so, you always keep an eye on their well-being, recognize changes early, take appropriate measures and act beyond standard care. You receive medical prescriptions and implement them in cooperation with the nursing team. You work interdisciplinary and implement the nursing process professionally. Your profile: You have training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, FA SRK with a treatment care course or an equivalent training. You bring professional experience - ideally in SPITEX. You maintain a benevolent, respectful interaction with clients and third parties. You enjoy nursing and contact with (elderly) people and let others participate in this. You work independently, flexibly, reliably and responsibly. You possess a Category B driver's license and travel with your own car.
