Tasks ##

• Empathic patient care: You care for our patients professionally, attentively, and empathetically during the night and are a reliable contact person for their concerns.
• Quality assurance: You consistently implement the individual care plans and ensure high-quality and patient-oriented care even during the night.
• Proactive responsibility: As part of our Lean Management, you take responsibility for your area and contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Profile ##

• Education: You have a degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann HF/FH (for foreign diplomas: SRK recognition).
• Wealth of experience: If you already have experience in acute care, that is your ticket to the top of our list.
• Confidence in night shifts: You enjoy working independently, are responsible, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
