Construction Manager (80-100%)

You have training as a Construction Manager, Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Drafter or a basic manual vocational training with corresponding further training and bring several years of professional experience in the realization of projects of different sizes in Switzerland. With joy and commitment, you accompany and manage demanding construction projects independently or in a team – from cost estimation through tendering and construction management to the successful handover of keys.

Your tasks in construction management

• On-site construction management
• Creation of rough and detailed schedules with MS Project
• Tendering (Devisierung)
• Construction accounting and cost control

Your software skills?

• Messerli Bauadministration
• MS Project
• MS Office programmes (Word, Excel)
