Accountant (m/f/d)*

What you will achieve:

• Account reconciliations between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, monthly and annual financial statements
• VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany
• Complete monthly closing
• Support in daily business:
• Processing bank statements and posting incoming payments
• Recording, checking, and posting domestic and foreign supplier invoices
• Organization of regular payment runs in coordination with purchasing

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training and a federal diploma in finance and accounting
• 5-10 years of professional experience in comparable functions in financial accounting, preferably in companies with a connection to industry/production or research/development
• Experience at the interface between financial accounting and payroll accounting is an advantage
• Experience in using ERP systems, ideally with IGF – INFOR Global Finance
• Experience with VAT returns in Switzerland and VAT advance notifications in Germany is an advantage
• Structured way of working, initiative, high level of independence, and a strong team spirit
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
