Your environment

• Your future environment consists of a team of 13 employees (management, specialists, apprentices, and interns) as well as around 35 clients (supported employees). The versatile area includes open fields, covered crops, various workspaces, and the ARBES Lädali. The nursery is entirely focused on the cultivation, care, and maintenance of regional vegetables and flowers, as well as floristry and the direct sale of products.

Your tasks

• You guide the supported employees in the daily work process
• You actively participate in production in various gardening areas
• You independently carry out the culture and work planning assigned to you
• You actively participate in the further development of products and service quality

Our requirement profile

• You have completed training as a Work Agogist / Work Agogist
• Preferably, you have basic training in the gardening sector or bring sound knowledge in vegetable cultivation as well as pot and ornamental plant care
• You take great pleasure in interacting with people, are communicative, and stand out as a true team player
• You work independently, maintain an overview even in lively situations, and are resilient
