Production Planning Employee (m/f/d)

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure timely customer deliveries
• Scheduling the utilization of production machines in cooperation with the department heads of our production and, in connection with this, rough/fine planning of the manufacture of our products, including schedule monitoring of ongoing orders
• Procurement of raw materials, components and consumables
• Creation and processing of purchase orders, schedule monitoring and controls
• Awarding orders to external suppliers with schedule monitoring and all necessary clarifications
• Close cooperation with the department heads in production, external suppliers, the sales department, our IT, as well as with our sister company in Czech Republic
• Introduction of new products, master data maintenance as well as schedule monitoring
• Independent inventory management of individual product groups
• Invoice control of suppliers

Your requirement profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with commercial further training
• Sound knowledge in production control and planning (PPS) of mass production
• Sound SAP knowledge modules PP and MM
• Assertive
• Strong analytical skills and networked thinking
• Distinct communication and organizational skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
