The selected person will support the Medical and Scientific Director of IDISI, assisting them in carrying out organizational, administrative, and coordination activities connected to the directorial function.
They will be responsible for managing the agenda, organizing meetings and events, preparing documentation, drafting minutes and institutional correspondence, serving as a point of reference for numerous internal and external interlocutors of the Institute.
At the same time, they will become part of the team of medical secretariats of Radiology, contributing to the administrative and organizational activities of the service and collaborating actively with the rest of the team, guaranteeing operational continuity and a high level of service quality.

Necessary Requirements:##
• Federal Certificate of Competence as a commercial employee (professional commercial maturity is a preferred title);
• solid experience in a hospital setting or other professional realities as a Secretary of the Head of Department, Service Manager, or Director. Experience within the Cantonal Hospital Organization (EOC) is a preferred title;
