Then we are looking for you as a new member of the team in our real estate department, immediately or by arrangement as

Your tasks:

• Initiation and support of master plans, feasibility studies, potential analyses, as well as study and competition procedures for new construction and renovation projects, including the placing of orders and evaluation during the initiation phase.
• Management and supervision of the entire development process, from planning to completion, including obtaining all necessary authorizations.
• Budget management and cost control to ensure compliance with financial frameworks during the project phases.
• Coordination and direction of project teams composed of architects, engineers, and other specialized experts.
• Strategic planning of needs and surfaces in the Administration and Education sub-portfolios.
• Identification and analysis of key indicators for investment planning as well as for the profitability and sustainability of real estate properties.
• Support to users in the development of new space strategies, operational concepts, and spatial programs.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and specialized areas.
• Development and drafting of decision-making bases for the attention of the municipal council and the sovereignty.

What you bring:

• Completed training in the field of construction or real estate with several years of professional experience, preferably in a public administration
• Open and motivated team player with a high degree of social skills
• Pronounced analytical, conceptual, and networked thinking capacity
• Experience in leading project teams and working meetings
• Reliable and communicative as a negotiation partner with a good sense of determination and persuasion
• Joy in the autonomous development of projects
• Basic knowledge of public procurement
• Interest in future themes and trends in sustainability and construction methodology in the building and real estate sector
• Expert in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of the real estate tools Stratus, Campos or Enercoach is an advantage
