We wish to recruit a/an CFC Commercial Employee specialized in fiduciary services (M/F)

Mission :
-------------

• Ensure the administrative and accounting management of client mandates ;
• Perform the entry of accounting entries and the monitoring of accounts ;
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual closings ;
• Prepare VAT statements ;
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking operations ;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of client files ;
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons ;
• Collaborate closely with mandate managers and fiduciary experts.

Profile
----------

• Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee, ideally supplemented by experience in fiduciary services ;
• Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland ;
• Good knowledge of general accounting and VAT ;
• Ease in using IT tools and accounting software ;
• Excellent command of French, any other language is an asset ;
• Rigorous, organized, discreet person endowed with a good sense of responsibility ;
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously and to respect deadlines.
