For an established and future-oriented company in the healthcare environment, we are looking for a committed personality as a Junior Controller (m/w/d). In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape modern controlling instruments and sustainably develop the company's financial management.

Your tasks ##

• Collaboration in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning
• Creation of reports and management evaluations for decision-makers
• Establishment and further development of controlling processes and key figures
• Analysis of complex financial and operational data using modern BI tools
• Development of data models, ad-hoc analyses, and financial simulations in Excel
• Support in cost and performance accounting as well as business administration analyses
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and optimization of business processes

Your profile ##

• Completed studies (FH/Uni) in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Business Administration
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance and accounting
• Very good Excel skills as well as high IT affinity
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
• Enjoy questioning and further developing processes
