ICT System Engineer Senior (Device & User Environment)

This is the contribution you can make

• Work in the team according to agile DevSecOps methods and actively participate in ceremonies at the Agile Team and Agile Release Train level
• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand user requirements and develop complex solution proposals
• Configure mobile devices and associated solutions in the areas of Mobile Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management
• Analyze disruptions of large ICT platforms or applications and actively contribute to troubleshooting (incl. on-call service)
• Maintain system technical documentation

This makes you unique

• Higher vocational education in informatics, mobile computing, system engineering or comparable specialization as well as several years of senior experience in the device / enterprise mobility environment
• Sound knowledge of Mobile Device Management and Unified Endpoint Management as well as Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Secure Workspace and mobile application environments
• Several years of experience with device security, identities, certificates, eSIM as well as the integration of heterogeneous device ecosystems
• Very good understanding of the end-to-end relationships between devices, radio access, applications, security, core and platform
• Sound experience in the technical evaluation of devices as well as in conducting integration, compatibility and proof-of-concept tests
• Good active knowledge of a second official language
