To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for a committed leadership personality who combines operational responsibility with process optimization and leadership. In this exciting function, you will take responsibility for accounts receivable and support the establishment of our national Shared Service Center. Your tasks Technical responsibility for billing and accounts receivable Ensuring correct billing according to TARDOC, DRG, and VVG Participation in daily operational business (invoicing, collection, month-end closures) Establishment and further development of a Shared Service Center Leadership, coaching, and development of the accounts receivable team Collaboration with insurance companies, hospitals, and internal stakeholders Optimization and digitalization of processes Further development of our ERP\-systems Requirements • Several years of experience in accounts receivable • Further education in finance or accounting • Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG • Experience in healthcare • Leadership experience • Experience with ERP\-systems (Opale is an advantage) • German and French at a very good level • English skills are an advantage • Hands\-on mentality • High social competence • Structured and solution-oriented way of working Our offer A strategic position with great influence on the further development of our organization.
