The Ilgenmoos location is one of our three institutions. On the outskirts of Effretikon, it offers residential places and daily structure for adult clients. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you to strengthen our residential group in Fehraltdorf. Social Pedagogue Residential Group 80% These are your tasks: * You accompany our clients with increased need for structure in everyday life, from basic care to leisure time. * You are a reference person, recognize progress, and document their development. * You actively shape everyday life in the team through case discussions, supervision, and projects. * You contribute your social pedagogical expertise and take on professional responsibility, e.g., for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. * You help out in the residential group household and maintain client documentation. What you bring with you: * Degree as a social pedagogue and experience in the accompaniment and promotion of people. * You observe closely, recognize small progress, and encounter people appreciatively. * You are open to new ways and reflect on your own actions. * You enjoy Augmentative and Alternative Communication and making participation possible.
