To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Group Leader Building Maintenance / Automation

Your tasks:

• You lead and support a team of three employees in the field of building maintenance and automation.
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on production facilities and building infrastructure.
• You ensure high technical availability of the systems and resolve malfunctions sustainably together with your team.
• You optimize existing automation and maintenance processes and lead smaller technical projects independently.
• You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental specifications and accompany audits as well as official inspections.
• You maintain technical documentation, maintenance systems, and coordinate external service providers.
• You build up a KPI-based maintenance management with a focus on system availability and costs.

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic technical training as an automation technician, polymechanic, mechanical engineer, or comparable.
• Several years of experience in maintenance and technical upkeep of an industrial plant.
• Initial leadership experience and the willingness to take responsibility for a team.
• Good knowledge of automation, control technology, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong hands-on mentality.
• Enjoyment in improving processes and solving technical challenges pragmatically.
• Sound Excel skills and proficient handling of digital work tools.
