Designed to foster intergenerational links, l-EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a Centre de vie enfantine, and two colleges. L-EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to everyone 7 days/7, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is entirely secured.* We are looking for for l'EMS Parc de Beausobre a: Nurse (M/F) at 80-100% In order to strengthen our Psychogeriatry 2 service at l'EMS Parc de Beausobre, from 10/08/2026 or as agreed. YOU POSSESS • A Bachelor HES in nursing or a nursing diploma, CRS recognized. • The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset. • Successful experience in geriatrics or psychiatry of advanced age. Good communication and listening skills, as well as good interpersonal skills with elderly people. • A sense of working in a multidisciplinary team, a spirit of initiative and a good capacity for adaptation.  YOUR OBJECTIVES • Systematically identify the needs and resources of the resident, within an advanced age Psychiatry unit composed of 27 beds. • Use your nursing leadership to coordinate the daily organization of care, the team and the living environment of the residents. • Participate in various development projects of the service. • Elaborate care objectives with the resident and their relatives taking into account a global therapeutic project. • Decide on care actions with the resident, their relatives, the interdisciplinary team according to the care objectives.
