Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Ensure Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) for the OFIT Defence Platform (DP) • Ensure management of CMDB data and asset lifecycles (SACM) • Develop, implement and manage ServiceNow applications and modules • Automate deployments and configuration management in a DevOps environment • Monitor the ServiceNow platform, optimize its performance and perform error analysis <br /> What makes you unique • Several years of experience with ServiceNow; ideally, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification • Experience in ServiceNow development, particularly regarding Script Includes, Discovery, Client Scripts and UI policies • Good problem-solving skills, analytical mindset • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM systems • Good knowledge of JavaScript programming, REST APIs and web technologies <br /> In a few words We develop and operate the ServiceNow platform, an independent and crisis-resistant IT infrastructure, for the Swiss army and for the OFIT. As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for the provision, development and operation of ServiceNow instances in a complex development, test and production environment. You will also ensure SACM and will therefore be responsible for this process for the OFIT DP.
