Registered Nurse Long-term Care

• Ensuring, promoting, and further developing a high quality of care
• Professional contact person for the residential areas and support of the teams in daily nursing care
• Conducting bedside teaching as well as professional advice and accompaniment of employees
• Responsibility for the definition, implementation, review, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Accompanying and moderating round-table, status, and case discussions
• Collaboration in the development, implementation, and further development of nursing concepts
• Training and support of employees for medical-technical measures
• Planning and implementation of internal further training
• Taking over telephone on-call services for professional support

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examined nursing professional, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Enjoyment of professional, patient-oriented nursing and care
• Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
