• You inspire candidates for Visana and ensure a positive Candidate Experience.
• You conduct initial interviews with potential talents and assess their motivation and fit.
• You work closely with our Recruiting Partners.
• You support the building and maintenance of talent pools.
• You contribute ideas on how we can further develop our active sourcing activities and make them even more successful.

Your profile

• You are a strong communicator with an open and winning personality.
• You find it easy to approach people and build relationships.
• You possess perseverance and are not immediately discouraged by a <<No>>.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a lot of initiative.
• You enjoy convincing people of opportunities and sparking interest.
• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, sales, customer service, or a comparable role is an advantage.
