Team Leader Surface Treatment (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Technical and personnel leadership of the surface treatment team (approx. 15-20 people)
• Resource planning, qualification, and further development of employees
• Ensuring the achievement of goals in terms of quality, deadlines, productivity, and capacity utilization
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders as well as active conducting of shopfloor management
• Identification of optimization and improvement potentials as well as active implementation within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces
• Responsibility for safety, order, and the operational readiness of the machine park

Your Profile ###

• Completed vocational training in metal processing, further training is an advantage
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in surface treatment or a comparable manufacturing environment
• Sound process understanding as well as experience in the planning and control of production processes
• Good IT skills and experience in using production planning systems (PPS)
• Strong leadership competence, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Confident appearance, high communication skills, and team orientation
