Our personnel office for nursing in Bern recruits qualified specialists for open positions in nursing, especially in nursing homes, residential aged care, and specialized long-term care facilities. Your tasks – For a dignified life in old age

• Holistic care and support of residents in long-term care
• Support with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and eating
• Implementation of medical measures according to medical prescription (e.g., medication administration, wound care)
• Close cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors, and interdisciplinary teams
• Observation and documentation of the health status of the residents
• Promotion of quality of life through activating measures and individual care
• Communication with relatives to ensure transparency and trust

Your profile – Your expertise makes the difference

• Completed training as Specialist in Long-term Care & Support EFZ
• Ideally experience in long-term care, but motivated career starters are also welcome
• Empathy and patience in dealing with people in need of care
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Joy in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
