Technical Expert

As a technical referent, you are the guarantor of microtechnical manufacturing processes and ensure their performance, reliability and continuous improvement. You accompany the teams as a business expert and actively contribute to industrialization and operational excellence. Technical Expert (m/f/x) Our client is an industrial company specialized in microtechnical subcontracting, active on demanding markets such as watchmaking, medical or precision instruments. Recognized for its technical know-how and the quality of its products, it relies on state-of-the-art equipment and a culture of continuous improvement to meet the expectations of its customers. Missions You will be attached to the logistics division and will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Act as a technical referent on manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, finishing, etc.) Ensure the development, validation and optimization of processes Support production in resolving complex technical problems Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes Contribute to continuous improvement (productivity, quality, cost reduction) Define and standardize good technical practices Train and support production teams Collaborate closely with the methods, quality and R&D departments Candidate Profile You have the following profile: Polymechanic training or similar followed by a Technician, federal certificate or similar Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar position You love the field and being close to production You are a unifier, have good communication and organizational skills.
