The Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF) is the umbrella organization of ice hockey. Together with our clubs, leagues and partners, we develop the sport of ice hockey sustainably – from the grassroots to the elite level. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will take on overall financial responsibility for the SIHF. You are the sparring partner of the CEO as well as the executive board and actively participate in shaping the financial management of the organization. With strategic foresight and entrepreneurial thinking, you will make a significant contribution to the sustainable further development of ice hockey and continue to develop the financial organization of the SIHF in a future-oriented manner. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the finance and accounting of the SIHF Preparation of budget, financial and liquidity planning in close cooperation with the CEO Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER Preparation of forecasts, financial analyses and meaningful management reporting Establishment and further development of a modern KPI and reporting system as a management instrument for the executive board Ensuring professional controlling as well as analysis of deviations and initiation of suitable measures Responsibility for tax declarations (VAT, direct taxes and withholding tax) Coordination and support of the external audit as well as contact person for auditing bodies, authorities and other external stakeholders Responsibility for asset accounting as well as balance sheet and closing quality Further development and digitalization of finance and controlling processes Functional and personnel leadership of the finance team Establishment, maintenance and further development of an effective risk management Your profile Higher business administration or finance-specific education (FH/HF/university or equivalent further training) with a focus on Finance & Controlling or finance and accounting.
