• Completed basic training as a production or polymechanic
• Exact, reliable and independent way of working
• Team player and flexible way of working

Tasks:

• Setting up up to 9-axis CNC automatic lathes with Fanuc control
• Setting up and programming CNC milling machines
• Setting up conventional as well as CNC internal grinding machines, external cylindrical grinding machines & CNC disc grinding machines
• Correcting parts & performing changes to the programs
• Operating various measuring devices and 3D measuring machines
• Independent solving of manufacturing technology problems
• Guiding & supervising operational employees
• Preparing the workplace for operational employees (providing measuring equipment, inspection instructions & tools)
