EXPERIENCED HVAC PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) 80-100% – LAUSANNE / FRIBOURG

YOUR TASKS

• Project manager for design mandates in the HVAC sector (building and industry)
• Project management, ensuring compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines
• Management of the project team
• Consulting and supporting clients in all phases of the project, from strategic planning to commissioning and final optimization
• Development of conceptual projects, technical feasibility, implementation of innovative solutions, advising clients on economic efficiency throughout the life cycle of a building

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in the relevant field of activity;
• HS/HES technical degree in the HVAC field is an advantage
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the planning of HVAC installations in Switzerland
• Availability for interdisciplinary collaboration with the other offices in Bellinzona and Zürich
• Good knowledge of Swiss laws and regulations regarding systems engineering
• Good organizational and communication skills within the team and with clients
• Autonomy, flexibility, proactivity, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Accuracy and punctuality in the execution of your tasks
• French native language, oral and written knowledge of English, German, or Italian is an advantage
• Knowledge of digital design methodologies (BIM) is an asset
