Facility Management Specialist for Sports and Event Arena

Activity

• Ensure maintenance of the entire facility, inside and out
• Regularly maintain building technology systems and facilities
• Resolve minor technical faults independently
• Provide operational support for sporting events, concerts and events
• Take on on-call duties as well as evening and weekend shifts

Requirements

• Completed manual or technical basic training
• Practical experience in building maintenance counts as a plus
• Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Good oral and written German skills
• Readiness for irregular shifts and on-call duty
