For the Filling Line / Lyophilisation area within the Production department, we are looking for a # Production Worker Sterile Filling # In this position, you will report directly to the Group Leader. In your role, you are an indispensable part of our production team working permanent night shifts and actively contribute to the manufacture of vital sterile medicinal products. Your tasks are versatile, responsible, and technically demanding: • Working in the cleanroom: You operate in a highly controlled environment and ensure the sterile filling of our medicinal products in compliance with the strictest hygiene requirements. • Operating and monitoring production equipment: You control automated processes, perform format changes, and ensure that all processes run efficiently and safely. • You carefully prepare the required material and equipment. • GMP-compliant work: You consistently ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and hygiene regulations according to GMP. • You perform regular checks and document all production steps precisely and traceably. • You are responsible for the cleaning of the production equipment and cleanrooms. • You support the maintenance of the production equipment and contribute to long-term operational safety. • Participation in the development and optimization of processes: You support the Group Leader in the creation and further development of workflows in the area of aseptic filling - with the goal of continuously increasing efficiency and quality. You are a responsible personality with high quality standards and a strong team spirit. Furthermore, you bring the following: • Willingness to work permanent night shifts • Completed vocational training in the food, pharma, or technical sector • Ideally professional experience in a production environment - you are familiar with the processes in a GMP-regulated operation and know what is important in the manufacture of sensitive products. • Reliability and accuracy - you work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in hectic situations, and always act with quality awareness. • Teamwork and initiative - you actively contribute to the team, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere with your commitment. • Flexibility and willingness to learn - you adapt to changing requirements and are open to new processes and technologies. • Good German language skills in speaking and writing. • Proficient use of the PC - you use digital systems routinely in everyday production.
