What you will do ##

• Overall operational responsibility for all F&B areas such as restaurant, bar and banquet
• Leadership and development of the team including shift planning, induction and promotion of employees
• Economic responsibility for budget, food cost, cost control, revenue optimization and reporting
• Quality and concept development for offers, menus and service standards as well as professional complaint management
• Organization and coordination of events and banquets, purchasing and supplier management as well as compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and safety regulations
• Cross-departmental cooperation with Front Office, Sales and Marketing for optimal coordination and further development of the F&B offering

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training or studies in hospitality, gastronomy or business administration
• Several years of F&B experience, ideally in a management position
• Sound knowledge in budget planning, cost accounting and key figure analysis as well as confident handling of cash and hotel systems
• Strong leadership and organizational competence as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• High service and guest orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills
• Good German and English skills, flexibility as well as confident handling of common cash and hotel systems
