Tasks ###

• Responsibility for the planning, control and coordination of the cutover in the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Leadership and coordination of the creation of cutover work packages and instructions for action
• Ensuring quality, completeness and consistency of all cutover documentation
• Planning and moderation of workshops with specialist departments and stakeholders
• Coordination of subject matter experts and ensuring the necessary resources
• Monitoring of milestones, deadlines and dependencies within the program
• Identification, assessment and escalation of risks and critical issues
• Coordination with higher-level program and cutover committees
• Ensuring the implementation of decisions and requirements in the specialist department
• Central interface function between business, project organization and transformation team

Profile ###

• Experience as a Cutover Lead, Program Manager or Transformation Manager
• Profound experience in complex transformation or SAP projects
• Sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience in controlling cross-departmental project and program structures
• Distinct knowledge in risk, change and escalation management
• Very good organizational, communication and moderation skills
• Experience with SAP Activate or comparable transformation methods
• Basic understanding of the SAP modules PS/PPM, EAM, MM, SD and FI/CO
• Confident handling of Jira, Confluence, MS Project or comparable tools
• Very good German and good English skills
