Your tasks

• Analysis of market, territory, and customer potential in the cleanroom sector
• Targeted market development and acquisition of new customers in the pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, and industrial sectors
• Active network maintenance as well as participation in relevant congresses, conferences, and industry events
• Planning, management, and realization of customer projects – from needs assessment to successful implementation
• Support and further development of existing, long-standing customer relationships
• Execution of KPI analyses together with customers to optimize processes, quality, and services

Your profile

• Several years of sales experience in acquisition with demonstrable sales success
• Experience in project management and business development
• Experience in the cleanroom environment or in cleanroom services is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, convincing appearance, and enjoyment of networking
• Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
• Workplace Selzach (SO)
• Very good language skills in German, Swiss German, and English
• French language skills are an advantage
