Registered Nurse Palliative Care Zug

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take on a responsible role in specialized palliative care in an outpatient setting in the Canton of Zug with a workload of 80 to 100 %. In this function, you will accompany people in complex illness situations, coordinate demanding care processes, and actively contribute to the qualitative further development of palliative care. Entry is by arrangement. What awaits you in this responsible task • Accompanying and caring for patients in complex palliative situations • Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist centers • Supporting nursing professionals in demanding care situations • Ensuring and further developing qualitative standards in palliative care • Participation in professional development projects What you bring with you • Completed Dipl. training as Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
