Construction Site Manager Photovoltaics -------------------------------- For an established construction and energy company in the Emmental region, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager Photovoltaics (m/f/d) 80-100 %. Are you motivated, talented, and want to actively help shape the energy transition? As a Construction Site Manager, you will lead modern PV projects, work with a strong team, and use modern tools for efficient implementation. Your tasks: • Independent execution and supervision of photovoltaic installations and assembly of PV systems. • Managing and coordinating construction sites in a cost-conscious manner (technical and personnel). • Organization of daily workflows and leading the team on-site. • Responsibility for safety, construction site regulations, quality control, and compliance with specifications including SIA standards. • Support in the training of apprentices. Your profile: • Completed training in electrical, solar, or construction engineering or a comparable qualification. • Further training as a solar technician or corresponding construction site management experience. • Independence, commitment, teamwork skills, and driver's license Cat. B. • Enjoyment of customer contact and a high sense of responsibility.
