SENIOR CONTROLLER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Creation, further development, and analysis of management reporting for the Swiss business area, including deviation analysis, management comments, and derivation and follow-up of measures Analysis, interpretation, and visualization of relevant financial, performance, and control figures to support well-founded business decisions Responsibility for plant, product cost, and sales controlling, as well as ensuring high data quality and transparency Further development of cost accounting, calculation, and controlling processes Conducting profitability analyses at customer, product, plant, and business area level, as well as analysis of contributions, margins, and earnings developments Creation of business cases and support for investment calculations (CAPEX) Sparring partner for management and departments in business management issues Independent execution and coordination of budget, forecast, and planning processes Collaboration and active participation in finance, ERP, and digitalization projects, particularly as a key user in the ERP environment YOUR PROFILE Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field In-depth professional experience in operational and strategic controlling (7-10 years) in the areas of plant and product cost controlling, financial & business controlling, cost & performance accounting, budgeting & forecasting, investment planning, KPI development & performance management Distinct analytical and conceptual skills in controlling and evaluating financial results Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, is an advantage Preferably experience in a matrix organization of an internationally active production company Experience as a key user in ERP transformation projects (preferably M365) Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking YOUR CHANCE Look forward to a versatile key function with high strategic, conceptual, and operational responsibility.
