Our client is a modern, innovative trading company based in the greater Zurich area. To complement the existing team, we are looking for a linguistically gifted clerk, ideally with experience from the pharmacy/drugstore specialty retail sector, starting immediately or by arrangement.

If you also speak French in addition to German, and ideally Italian or English, you are our dream candidate.

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with experience from the pharmacy/drugstore/beauty specialty retail sector
• Stylish German language skills, French (min. B2), ideally Italian, Spanish or English
• Good IT user knowledge
• Experience in sales back office
• High commitment, customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Independent way of working and sense of responsibility

These are your tasks

• Contact person for customers from all over Switzerland
• Advice and support of customers by telephone and in writing
• Order entry and processing
• Handling of orders
• Incoming goods inspection
• Assistance with projects and selection of new products
