CNC Programmer/Group Leader Long Turning We are looking for a CNC programmer with technical group leadership function (all genders). Your area of responsibility includes: Creating and optimizing CNC programs for the production of precision turned parts Programming, setting up, and optimizing Star SB, Tornos GT, and/or Tornos Nano machines Responsible for complying with setup specifications Coordinating personnel resources and creating deployment plans for day and shift operations Technical guidance, training, and continuous promotion of team members Ensuring the flow of information and communication at all hierarchical levels Actively contributing and implementing ideas for process improvements and innovations Your qualifications: To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills: Completed vocational training as a polymechanic Knowledge of Star SB, Tornos GT13, and/or Tornos Nano long turning machines and Fanuc control Programming knowledge in new part production and optimization of CNC programs Enjoyment and experience in guiding CNC mechanics Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills Experience in the function as group leader Our offer Working hours: Flexible day working hours The security of financial independence of a family business.
