Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Personnel, operational and financial leadership of the Technology Management area
• Strategic and organizational further development of the area and its departments
• Ensuring safe, reliable and economical operation of the technical systems and infrastructures
• Responsibility for medical technology including regulatory requirements, certifications and strategic partnerships
• Steering and prioritization of investments, resources and projects as well as ensuring regulatory, qualitative and safety-relevant requirements

What you bring for this position ##

• University degree (FH/University) in a technical or scientific subject as well as further training in business administration, leadership or management
• Several years of leadership experience in a technologically demanding environment
• Sound knowledge in the areas of medical technology and technologies, preferably in a hospital environment
• Strong entrepreneurial and economic understanding, combined with strategic foresight, networked action as well as high leadership and communication skills
• Sound experience in project, investment and resource management as well as in dealing with regulatory requirements, procurement processes and contractual issues
