Marketing & Communications Consultant / Project Manager

HERE YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
You are contact person, consultant and project manager at the same time.* You understand what our internal clients want to achieve, develop suitable marketing and communication solutions from this and implement them successfully together with our specialists.

• You advise our companies and internal clients on marketing and communication issues and develop suitable solutions together with them
• You develop marketing, communication and activation concepts and translate strategic goals into concrete measures and campaigns
• You lead projects from the first idea to implementation and are responsible for deadlines, budget, quality and results
• You bring the right internal specialists and external partners together and ensure clear briefings, decisions and efficient cooperation
• You further develop processes, standards and best practices and help us to implement marketing within the group more easily, faster and more effectively
• You analyze campaigns and measures, derive concrete learnings from them and further develop existing activities
• You participate in communication and activation strategies and ensure that our brand remains consistently experienceable across different channels and companies
• You use digital tools and AI in a targeted manner to make concepts, processes and marketing measures more efficient and of better quality

YOUR FOUNDATION
You think conceptually, work in a structured manner and can bring different interests together. At the same time, you do not lose sight of the implementation.

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, in communication, in campaign management or on the agency side
• Experience in advising clients and in leading marketing or communication projects
• The ability to quickly understand strategic goals and develop clear, actionable concepts and measures from them
• Confidence in moderation, clarification of assignments and briefing
• A good sense of when creative freedom is needed and when clear leadership and decisions are required
• Structured project management as well as confident handling of budgets, priorities and several parallel projects
• A good understanding of brand management, communication and impact
• Interest in technical topics and pleasure in familiarizing yourself with the diverse world of construction
• Curiosity about new technologies, digital tools and AI and the desire to use them meaningfully in everyday work
• A pragmatic way of working and pleasure in implementing solutions together with others
